OUR STORY
It all started when…
The Gem family embarked on a culinary journey, where food and hospitality play a big part of their culture. With that said that they decided to open restaurants spread across the UK, allowing discerning customers to discover the wonderful tastes of the Mediterranean.
All our dishes are freshly prepared and homemade within our restaurant. Our meats are marinated with special ingredients and spices, which are cooked to perfection over hot charcoal.
The dining experience at Gem of Norwich is all about sharing. Our small plates of hot and cold meze dishes allow our customers to do just that; sharing tantalising dishes in a beautifully designed space amongst friends and family.

MEZE BEFORE THE MAIN EVENT
We have a great selection of small plate dishes that we call meze.
We encourage our customers to pick a selection of hot and cold meze dishes to enjoy before your main meal arrives.
HOT COAL creations
Hot coals burn at upwards of 2,000°F, but it only takes a short distance
(2 to 6 inches) to temper this terrific heat to more manageable cooking. Our master chefs carefully watch over your meat to ensure you get that perfect BBQ taste every time.
WINE & DINE
No meal is complete without a glass of red, white, rosé or something bubbly. We have a fantastic selection of wines that have been chosen based on the design of our menus.
