Terms & Policies

1. Reservation & Deposit Policy
  • Deposit: £10 deposit per person for groups of 8 or more.
  • Deduction: Deducted from final bill on the day.
  • Changes: Must be communicated 24h before the booking.
  • No-Show: £10 charge per no-show if not informed.
  • Refunds: Refundable/transferable if cancelled 24h+ in advance. Non-refundable within 24h.
2. Table Duration & Arrival Time
  • Standard dining time: 2 hours.
  • Time starts from booking time, not arrival time.
  • Tables held for 10-15 minutes.
3. Payment Policy (Large Groups)
  • One single payment preferred.
  • If splitting, max 6 payments.
  • No individual item-by-item payments.
4. Allergy, Dietary Requirements & Outside Food
  • Allergies must be communicated before visiting.
  • Cross-contamination cannot be guaranteed. Severe allergy guests take full responsibility.
  • No outside food or drinks allowed.
  • Celebration Cakes: Allowed with Liability Form. No cutting fee; guests responsible for allergens and hygiene.
5. Kids Policy
  • Families welcome during daytime.
  • No children under 12 after 7:30pm on Fri-Sat.
  • Kids menu available until 5:30pm.
6. Pre-Order Policy (Groups)
  • Required for groups of 10+.
  • Must be finalised 48h before.
  • Allergies must be included.
7. Photography & Video
  • Personal photography allowed with respect for others.
  • Professional photography requires approval.
8. Behaviour Policy
  • No excessive noise or disruptive behaviour.
  • Management may warn, pause service or refuse service.
  • Alcohol service stops if guest appears intoxicated.
  • Staff disrespect (rudeness, shouting, threats, harassment) will not be tolerated.
  • Service may be refused and guest may be asked to leave.
9. Management Rights
  • Management may refuse service or cancel reservations for safety, behaviour or policy violations.
  • Applies to intoxication, disruption, staff disrespect, rule violations or safety risks.
  • Guests may be asked to leave to protect others and staff.
